IT is hereby notified, that, after the Ist j of January next, the use of im- ‘ pressed Stamps on Bills of Lading is ; compulsory. Such documents must, after that date, be written upon paper previously impressed at the Henj.l office, and cannot be stanippd after the execution thereof.
