NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Aet, 1875,” will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony; on the :Ist.April proximo. Alter thatvdato, all duties, fees, fines,, and penalties, hitherto - payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed :or adhesive, as .prescribed by the regulations made in pursiiiince' of the . said Act*, and- no cash will thereafter be received-for any such fees, &e.
