No fee will be charged for registration. Persons registering will require to communicate the Cypher or Arbitrary Address to their Correspondents. The Telegraph Companies register names and addresses of telegraph correspondents free of charge at all their Stations, and in London at 74. Old Broad-street; 8, Lcadenhall-streei; and 42, Finsbury Circus. THE following description of the BOUNDARY of the Township of Hawera, is substituted in place of the description in the Proclamation published in the Provincial “Gazette ’ of December loth, LS7b, page lib, viz.: Hawkua. Bounded as follows:—Commencing at a point on the South side of the Main Road in line with the western boundary of Allotments No. b4b, thence in a straight line along the south side of the Wailii Road, thence along the west side of the said Wailii Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 103, thence in a straight line to the south-west corner of Allotment No. 31, thence by the west boundary of the said Allotment, and a lino 100 links in continuation of it to AllotmcnirfNo, 180, thence by the south-western boundary of Allotment No. 180, and a line in prolongation of it to Allotment No 18b thence along the south-western and south boundaries of Allotment No. IBb to its south-east corner, thence along the west and south boundaries of Allotment No. 18G to the. north-east corner of Allotment No. 33, Hawera Ten Acre lots, and from thence to the point first mentioned. NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,” will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. After that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and from Depositaries in places where sittings of the District Courts arc held. Forms of Sammons, Subpoena, &c., will be impressed at the Head Office for Solicitors and others, on receipt of Requisition D. and Bank receipt for the amount less the authorized discount, together with the forms reqnireu to be stamped.
