Agnes, schooner, from Lyttelton, daily. • The schooner .Theresa, from Lyttebon with produce, consigned to Mr \V. Dale, came into port on-Sunday last, without difficulty, ami will proceed from here to Wellington. The Agnes, with Mr Taplin s consignment, was not so fortunate, her captain having kept too far away to the northward whilst waiting a chance to enter, and being unable to boat back in time to : take advantage of the breeze that brought tho Theresa in. Wo hope, .however, soon to see her in the river. The s.s. Waitara, from Waitara, was to leave for ‘ this .port on Monday evening last, with, a cargo of timber, but yesterday’s weather probably-detained her.
