Bounded ns follows ; —Commencing at a point on the South side of the Slain Road in line with the western boundary of Allotments No. 545, thence in a straight line along the south side of the Wailii Road, thence along the west side of the said Waihi-Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 153, thence in a straight line to the south-west corner of Allotment No. 31, thence by the west boundary of the said Allotment, and a line 100 hides in continuation of it to Allotment No. 180, thence by the south-western boundary of Allotment No. 180, and a line in prolongation of it to Allotment No 185 thence along the south-western and south boundaries of Allotment No. 185 to its south-east corner, thence along the west and south boundaries of Allotment No. 18G to the north-cast corner of Allotment No. 33, Hawera Ten Acre lots, and from thence to the point first mentioned. NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,” will bo brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. Alter that date, all Yluties, foes, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter bo received for any such fees, &o. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and from Depositaries in places where sittings of the District Courts are held. Forms of Summons, Subpoena, &c., will be impressed at the Head Office for Solicitors and others, on receipt of Requisition D. and Bank receipt for the amount less the authorized discount, together with the forms rcqniren to be stamped.
