Abdul-Aziz: Khan, the late Sultan of Turkey, committed suicide, by opening a Vein with a pair of scissors. Junell. A peaceful statement in connection with Eastern affairs has been made by Mr Disraeli. The Berlin memorandum has been withdrawn. The Porte has consented to an armistice with the Insurgents. .There is no news of further hostilities, and apparently, matters are now jpPftceful.
