I sold first-class draughts from £45 ; hacks, from £7 15s to £lO 10s. Dull of sale, and difficult to place. Land. — i sold Messrs M‘Rac and Nicholson’s property at Manutahi, consisting of 3GS acres, to Air W. Balm ford, at £8 10s per acre. Exports. —B2 cattle ; 200 sheep. The sale of Mr Clmhbiu’s stuck, farming implements, furniture, & ex, &c., comes oil. -jit the homestead, Hawern, on Thursday, ■the 13th hist.
