Store rail le—only one small lot offered and sold. Sheep were in demand, and sold readily at quotations. I have enquiries for store cattle, which would be placed at full values. Cattle. —11 head were yarded and sold as follows—Fat, cows, best quality, from £7 5s to £S J7-; (id ; inferior. £5 2s (Id to £5 7s (Id ; bullocks, inferior quality, £7 7s (Id. I quote beef, best quality, at 25s ; inferior, 20s. One pen of mixed stores brought £5. Kiikjcp.—l-19 were penned ; sold quickly at full values; best wethers, 11s (id; ordinary, from 8s 3d to IF (Id ; lambs, 7s. Houses. —About the usual quantity came forward. The ones from Foxton sold at fair values—(hey brought from £IG to £52 ; a few hacks from £1 lOs to £lO. Land. —I .sold Mr CTmbbin’s farm at H.v.ver.a. consisting of 1400 acres, at £7 !ss; per aero ; Mr Hurst, of Wellington, being the purchaser. I have a few other properties in treaty, that I expect to complete the sale of in a few days. Exports,' for the fortnight ending 22nd June. —Cattle, 12 ; sheep, IKI'J: pigs, 150.
