GAZETTE NOTICE. LAND SALE UNDER “THE NEW ZEALAND SETTLEMENTS ACT, 1863.” Taranaki New Plymouth, June 1, 1876. UNDER and in pursuance 'of the powers vested in mo as Commissioner; appointed by his Excellency the Governor to carry out the Regulations for the Sale of Lands taken for Settlements under “ The New Zealand Settlements Act, 1863,” in the Province of Taranaki, I do hereby notify that the Town, Suburban, and Rurai. Lands specified in the Schedule hereunder will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, ih accordance with the said Regulations, at the Crown Lands Office, at noon on Friday, the 7th day of July, 1876.
