NOTICE is hereby: given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,” will bo brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. Alter, that;date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stomps, ini- ( pressed or adhesive,, as prescribed by the regulations made-in pursuance of the said Act, ami no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c. .Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and from Depositaries in places where sittings of the District Courts are held.
