NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, .1875,” will be .'■brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the-colony, on the Ist April proximo. Alter that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid V»y means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no casli will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c.
