NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,” will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. Alter that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as proscribed by the regulations made in pursuance ol the said Act, and no cash will thereafter bo received for any such fees, &c.
