NOTICE is hereby given, that tins provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,wi1l bo brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. A.lter that date, all duties, fees, lines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerics of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the ! said Act, and no cash will thereafter be i received for any such fees, &c. Slocks : of Law Court Stamps may be obtained j from the Deputy Commissioners of j Stamps and from Depositaries in places 1 where sittings of the District Courts arc I held. Forms of Summons, Subpoena, j Ac., will be impressed at the Dead Office for Solicitors and others, on receipt of Requisition D. and Bank receipt for the amount less the authorized discount, together with the forms rcqniren to be stamped.
