A RERIER of LAND RALES is being held in the Province of Taranaki under Ihe Waste Lands Board of the Province, the' Lands offered being Town and Rural Allotments, the latter varying in area from 20 to o'iO acres, and the conditions of the sale being - by DETERRED PAYMENTS extended over Ten Years, by Auction, for GASH ; and by FItLE SELECTION for CASH.
