A SERIES of LAND SALES is being held in the Province of Taranaki under the Waste Lands Board of the Province, the Lands offered being Town and Rural Allotments, the latter Varying in area from 20 to 320 acres; and the conditions of the sale being by DEFERRED PAYMENTS extended over Ten Years, by Auction, for CASH ; and by FREE SELECTION for CASH.
