EDUCATION AL RESERVES.' PATEA DISTRICT. LEASE it TENDER. THE Patea Education Board have decided to offer to the public their valuable reserves for LEASE BY TENDER. These reserves comprise, some of the best land in the district, and consist of Town, Suburban, and Country allotments. The. intending lessee will be required to tender at per acre per year, and state, for what term of years. Tenders to be endorsed “ Tender for Lease.” All tenders to be forwarded to the Secretary not later than December 11, 1875, and must be subject to the conditions of lease, which can bo obtained from the, Secretary.
