'These reserves comprise some of the best laud hi" the district, and consist of Town, Suburban, and Country allotments. The intending lessee will bo required to tender at per acre per year, and state for what term of years. 'Tenders to be endorsed “ Tender for Lease.” All tenders to be forwarded to the Secretary not later than December 11, 187b, and must be subject to the conditions of lease, whic.li can be obtained from the Secretary.
