The drawing will be on the art-union principle, and conducted under the supervision of three gentlemen chosen by the subscribers at the time of distribution. Prizes paid, less b per cent lor expenses, on the evening of the race. In order to prevent mistakes, no ticket will be issued excepting for cash.
