In the event of the full number of tickets not being disposed of, prizes will be paid pro rata on those sold. The drawing will ho on the art-union principle, and conducted under the supervision of three gentlemen chosen by the subscribers at the time of distribution. Prizes paid, less 5 per cent for expenses, on the evening of the race. In order to prevent mistakes, no ticket will be issued excepting for cash.
