HAS mttch pleasure in informing the settlers of Manutahi and surrounding districts, that he has just completed an EXTENSIVE ADDITION to his FORMER PREMISES, which were inadequate for the increase in business. The Manutahi Store will now ho found replete with all the requisites of a General Store, which will be sold at such prices as will defy competition. THIS wool-press will be found to recommend itself by its great simplicity, by its efficiency in working, whether as regards power or rapidity, and by its small cost as compared with the ordinary Screw Presses. With the exception of the ironwork the press can be made on the Station by any one having a small knowledge of carpentering. The iron rollers and pawls can be had from Messrs Robertson & Co., Phojnix Foundry, Wellington, who are in possession of the patterns for castings. Foa the set they charge Four Pounds Ten Shillings (£4 10s.), or they will supply iron fittings for wood rollers for £2 15s. The rollers made entirely of iron arc to be preferred. For License to make and use one of these wool-presses the charge is Five Pounds sterling.
