Ravenswort'h by Touchstone, dam Fait Jean, &c., Nc. (vide English Stud Book). Plover is the dam of Yoltigeur, Patch, Malvina, Monarch, arid Hercules, all good performers on the turf, the four latter having been sold at the following figures : —• 180 ghs, 250 gns, 240 giis, and Hercules (own brother to Monarch) bought in at 250' gns.
