Sin, —Allow me, through the columns of your influential journal, to congratulate the subscribers to Lochlomond on having secured the services of such a valuable horse, Mr Quinlivau having sold him to a thorough judge for the handsome sum of £2OO. He has parted with him on condition that he shall he allowed to remain in the diatrict for the season, and as his list will close in a few days, it promises to be a most successful one, and will amply repay his purchaser, who is my informant as to the terms of sale.
