They vary in value, and are priced | accordingly. | The suburban sections on the cast j bank of the Patea River vary from five j to seventy-two acres in extent, and arc ; conveniently situated near the main line j of road and Patea Bridge. Being close j to the Town of Carlyle, and having excellent soil for agricultural purposes, these sections are especially valuable, and their sale will afford a favourable opportunity to farmers or market gardeners, with small capital, wishing to settle in the district. Plans may be inspected at the office of the Secretary for Crown Lands, Wellington, and at the Survey Office, Patea, Regulations for the sale of the land may be seen in the “ New Zealand Gazette ” of the Ist of June, 1871, and all required information obtained at this office.
