The Land is well adapted to Working Settlers of Small Capital, as it is easily accessible, has abundance of timber for building, fencing, foul, and shelter ; never failing streams of water, anil a very productive soil. Si A good Main Road traverses the District f\o'far as it is yet open for purchase, and the District Roads will also be opened up by the Provincial Government, so as to make each allotment accessible from the Main Line of Railway.
