The suburban sections on the cast bank of the Patoa River vary from five to seventy-two acres in extent, and arc conveniently situated near the main line of road and Patea Bridge. Being close to the Town of Carlyle, and having excellent soil for agricultural purposes, these sections are especially valuable, f and their sale will afford a favourable | opportunity to farmers or market ga:deners, with small capital, wishing to settle in the district.
