They vary in value, and are priced accordingly. The suburban sections on the oast bank of the Patea River vary from five to seventy-two acres in extent, and are conveniently situated near the main line of road and Patea Bridge. Being close to the Town of Carlyle, and having excellent soil for agricultural pin-poses, these sections are especially valuable, and their sale will afford a favourable opportunity to farmers or market gar*deners, with small capital, wishing to settle in the district.
