I ment not being made us aforesaid, the ! ! sale will be void, and the deposit for- j feit-cl. j The rural allotments in the Okutuku j District comprise sections of open land j near the sea coast, between the Whe- ; nuakura River and the Hawke’s Bay Military Settlement, and also a number lof bush sections interspersed -with patches of open land in the interior of the district between the Whcnuakura River, and the Momahaki Stream. They vary in value, and are priced accordingly. The suburban sections on the oast bank of the Patea River vary from five to seventy-two acres in extent, and are conveniently situated near the main line of road and Patea Bridge. Being close to the Town of Carlyle, and having excellent soil for agricultural pin-poses, these sections are especially valuable, and their sale will afford a favourable opportunity to farmers or market gar*deners, with small capital, wishing to settle in the district. J Plans may be inspected at the office lof the Secretary for Crown Lands, Wellington, and at the Survey Office, Patea.
