Patea Mail Office. Friday Evening. Mr W.\i. Dale, reports having held a large cleaving out sale of furniture. Stock-In-Trade, draught horses, cows, drays, farm produce. &c.. at the Kakaratnca Hotel, on Wednesday, the 14th ins!., in order to wind up partnership accounts. There was a largo attendance of buyers, and prices realised may he considered satisfactory. Draught, horses fetched from £’*!} to XU'.) ; cows, with calves at foot, from &7 5s to £8 15 ; 2 drays realised £l7 and £U) 10s respectively.
