MILITIA PAY.

TO THE EDITOR OF THE PATE A MAIL. Sir, —When the militia were disbanded in this district, there were three days pay due to the members of the company to which I belonged. We have since received two of those pays, but there are no signs of the third pay, which is still due. Now, Sir, I would suggest that when the officer in charge has made up his mind to pay this old debt, that he will give two days notice of his intention, and I will take no notice whether the pay sheets are dated or not. I am, &c., RED TAPE.
