Jupp, Esq., to sell by public auction at Mr Muir’s store, Hawera, on Saturday, July 10, at 1 p.m. All that valuable freenold property now in the occupation of the Bank of New South Wales, Huwera, consisting of £-acre of land, being part of 10-acre section No. 15, with ona chain frontage to the main thoroughfare, dwelling house erected thereon, containing four rooms, double brick chimney, and every convenience. There is a good well of water and outhouses. The house is situated on a gentle rise in the land, and is perfectly dry in the worst season.
