Jupp, Esq., to sell by public auction at Mr Muir’s store, Hawera, on Saturday, July 10, at 1 p.m. All that valuable freenold property now in the occupation of the Bank of New South Wales, Huwera, consisting of £-acre of land, being part of 10-acre section No. 15, with ona chain frontage to the main thoroughfare, dwelling house erected thereon, containing four rooms, double brick chimney, and every convenience. There is a good well of water and outhouses. The house is situated on a gentle rise in the land, and is perfectly dry in the worst season. Part cf the purchase money can remain on mortgage for about nine months at the option of the buyer. Terms at Sale.
