Government Notices. NOTICE. SALE OF RURAL LAND IN THE MOA BLOCK, Waste Lands Board Office, Taranaki, May 21, 1875. THE following 1 Allotments of Rural Land in the Moa Block, on the western side of the Waitara and Wanganui Railway, wi;l be offered for SALE by PUBLIC AUCTION oil SATURDAY, the 2Gth day of June, at the Council Chamber, Taranaki Institute, at the upset price placed opposite the number of each respective Allotment. The Surveyor reports this land as being of very superior quality, lightly timbered, very level, and well watered. A map of the Allotments may be scon at this office during office hours. By order of the Board, C. D. WHITCOMBE, Chief Commissioner.

NEW ZEALAND. PROVINCE OF TARANAKI. GOVERNMENT LAND SALES. A SERIES of LAND SALES is being lid cl in the Province of Taranaki under the Waste Lands Board of the Province, the Lands offered being Town and Rural Allotments, the latter varying in area from 20 to 320 acres, and the conditions of the sale being by DEFERRED PAYMENTS extended over Ten Years, by Auction, for CASH ; and by FRKE SELECTION for CASH. The District is traversed by the Waitara-Wanganui Railway, now in course of construction, and which is expected to be complete d as far as Inglewood—the Township at the commencement of the District—in about eighteen months. TJ ic Land is well adapted to Working Settlers of Small Capital, as it is easily accessible, lias abundance of timber for building, fencing, foul, and shelter ; never failing streams of water, and a very productive soil. A good Main Road traverses the District so far as it is yet open for purchase, and the District Roads will also be opened up by the Provincial Government, so as to make each allotment accessible from the Main Line of Railway.
