The Millinery Department is also under the able and efHeicnt management of the lady who has also made to herself a name as a EIRST-CLASS MILLINER. THE TAILORING DEPARTMENT la a comparatively new branch in the extended business operations of Victoria House, and as P. Bell contemplates issuing special circular for Ibis department, he would only say that he has been exceedingly fortunate in securing the services of a Jirst-elass cutter, who comes here with unexceptional references, after eighteen years’ experience in some of the host West End London Houses. 'THEMEN’S CLOTHING DEPARTMENT HasP. Bell’s personal attention, and as the clothing, specially made for the Victoria House, is now so widely known, it is scarcely necessary to say that for fit; style, and workmanship, P: Bell’s Clothing is equal, if not superior, to bespoke garments generally.
