The Millinery Department is also under the able and efficient management of the lacly who has also made to herself a name as a EIRST-CLASS MILLINER. THE TAILORING DEPARTMENT Is a comparatively new branch in the extended business operations of Victoria House, and as P. Bell contemplates issuing special circular for this department, he would only say that he has been exceedingly fortunate in securing the services of a first-class cutter, who comes here with unexceptional references, after eighteen years’ experience in some of the best West End London Houses. THE MEN’S CLOTHING DEPARTMENT Has P. Bell’s personal attention, and as the clothing, specially made for tire Victoria House, is now so widely known, it is scarcely necessary to say that for fit; style, and workmanship, P: Bell’s Clothing is equal, if not superior, to bespoke garments generally.
