We make our appearance to-day under ■many disadvantages, and avc are fully sensible of the numerous imperfections which must be apparent to our readers, but under the circumstances we are not inclined to advance the orthodox apology generally offered in launching a ucav journal. We, however, deem it adA T isablc to apologise to several of onr patrons for the omission of their advertisements, which will appear in our next.
