NEW PLYMOUTH. Jmjp 27. Walter John Tinsley, charged with the murder of the Indian fruiterer, Nana Chhiba, at Hawera, between January 31 and February 1, appeared in court' this morning and was remandad to appear nt Hawera on July 2. The police intimated that the case would be proceeded with then.
