Peter Reilly, a taxi driver, was found guilty at Napier on Wednesday last of the theft of £BOO from James Joseph Leonard, a farmer. Charles Nunns was discharged by the Chief Justice at the conclusion of the Crown case, Mr Justice Myers stating that there was nothing more than suspicion against Nunns.
