MURDER CHARGE
THE ACCUSED REMANDED. NEW PLYMOUTH, May 20. In the Police Court to-day Walter John Tinsley appeared on a charge of murdering an Indian fruiterer, Nana Chhiba, at Hawera, on January 31. The police applied for a remand for a week, which was granted. Great public interest was shown in the appearance of the accused, the court being crowded.
