Nomination, Ibov; acceptance, 2sovs. I Special Conditions. 1. Winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b. Horees handicapped at Bst 10lb or over to carry only half the above penalties; or, if he thinks fit, the handicapper may increase the above penalties. 2. All entries and acceptances mußt be addressed to *he Secretary, and contain entrance money, l.ame, description, age, and pedigree of horse, name of owner, colours of rider, and name of trainer. j 3. The Committee reserve tEe right to alter the date or time for declaration of Weights, Nominations, or Acceptances as they may ' deem fit. 4. No horse vhose Nomination and Acceptance Fees are unpaid will be allowed to start. i 5. No jockey will he weighed out for a rasa unless the amount of his minimum fee .as for a losing mount has been previously paid) to the Olerk of the Scales. 6. In entering horses the name and assumed name of the Owner must he given; also the name cf the Trainer, the conference having decided that the latter information must appeaor on race-cards. 7. Owners are requested to be particular in forwarding their Colours (unless registered), ac the Stewards hare decided to Fine, without exception, any person neglecting to comply with this rule.
