LORD KITCHENER'S TOUR.
i NEW ZEALAND VTSIT POSTPONED, j WELLINGTON, September 2. The date of Lord Kitchener's arrival in ■ New Zealand, after his visit to Australia about the enii of this year, has been post- , poned. A telegram received from the Governor-general of Australia by Lord Plunket states that, owing to the difficulty of making a prompt by steamer between Java and Australia, the Admiralty being unable to provide a cruiser, the proposed itinerary will have to be delayed. He undertakes to telegiaph further information from Japan.
