SEAMEN MASSACRED
' SYDNEY, September 6. A French steamer brings a report of another massacre in the New Hebrides. The French trading schponer Guadalite drifted ashore in Espieglo Bay, at Mallicollo, and hordes of (savages surrounded and massacred the. crew, consisting of the captain (a Frenchman) and four or five natives. They also looted the schooner. The details are meagre. Some members of the ' crew may have escaped into the bush. !
