ANNUAL MEETING. AUCKLAND, August 24. The ni»th annual meeting of the New Zealand Dairy Association was held this afternoon, the chairman of directors (Mr Wesley Spcagg) presiding. The Chairman said the output for the year had been the largest in the his-tory of the association, 4,371 3 9551b of butter having been manufactured — an iincrease of 794,0971b over the previous year. The prioes paid to shareholders had also been ' a record. The payments included Is and 3-Bths of Id per lib for all butter fat received from all sources for August, and ll^d per lb for tbe usual creamery season for, the largest creamery supply, and 10|d for the smallest creamery supply. The average price paid> all told over all the creameries bad been 12.12 d for winter supfjy, and 11.008 d for the spring to the autumn supply.. The company's property was now of a book value of £49,899. Aa insurance fond of £1800 had been accumulated, and a "reserve fund provided of £3213.
