The Royal Commission to inquire into the management of Parkside Lunatic Asylum found that some criminal lunatics i »vere allowed extraordinary privileges, sn«b as haTrioag -whole days away from tbs asylum and attendance at theatres. One inmate, who had been sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment for highway rob- | bery, and who became a patient, had had !
