Athens, August 30. M. Ralli's refusal to receive a military "deputation which demanded the reorganisation of the army and navy led to temporary disaffection amongst the forces iat Athens. Five hundred and forty-eight officers and 3000 soldiers quitted Athens £nji camped outside. M. Ralli has resigned, and M. Mavronjichaelis is the new Premier and Minister fcf Foreign Affairs.
