The hat, a busby shape, was made of natural wool trimmed with a bunch of teasels, and a quill on which " Mosgiel ' was printed in zed, A stole, witn blanket border ends, and a large muff made of the natural wool completed the costume, Mosgiel " being printed in large red letters across the muff, and the familiar motto, "A, ac, oo," fastened on to the stole in front, and
