Aicheson and others; W-sdmesday, 25th (10.30 a.m.), Trustees Company v 'Bayl-ey and others ; Thursday." ?.6tK (10.30 a.m.), re Blue Spur Mining appeal.

The criminal sittings will be commenced on Monday, 16th inst. The Invercargill sittings will commence on August 31, and the Oamaru sittings on September 14.
