j Th© Kansas Stale Legislature, aftei ; two years of the most successful Statej wide enforcement of prohibition evev l known, now proposes to strengthen even j the preeent legislation by prohibiting the issuance of any kind of liquor permits to drug stores, clubs, or other persons for the sale of liquor for any purpose whateo ever ; and in addition forbidding agents to take or receive orders for liquor from any person in the State and imposing a j penalty upon anyone who shall directly or indirectly contract for the sale of liquor with any person in the State.
