ZINGARI-RICHMOND CLUB.
The thirty-first annual meeting of members of the Zingari-Richmond Foorball Club, held in the Trades Hall on Monday night, was largely attended, and was presided over by Mr J. B. Simpson (president). Mr R. Proctor seconded the motion. which was carried unanimously. The following. office-bearers were elected:—President. Mr,J. B. Simpson (reelected); vice-presidents, Messrs R. Proctor, H. M'Beath, H. Collie, J. Abbott, J. Caradue, J. Ramsay, .and G. Dunne; dele gates to O.R.F. Union—Mesbrs A. Low, U. M'Farlane, and R. Abbott; secretary, Mr W. Brown: General Committee—Messrs Graham, Fo^yce, L. Smith, Bair. Collie. G. Hobbs, Low, Abbott, and Fish; delegate to the Protection Society, Mr W. Brown; temporary Match Committee^—Messxs J. Duncan, W, Smith, and A. Fordyce; practice oaptain, Mr A. Low; auditor, Mr Geo. Smith; representative to insuraa^o fund, Mr A. Low. Nineteen new members were proposed. The 21st inst. was fixed for opening the season. Votes of thanks to the Referee Association, the office-bearers, and the press -closed the proceedings.
