SALES OF HOTEL PROPERTIES. AUCKLAND, March 5.
The Victoria Hotel in Victoria street West, one of the few free houses in the city, was to-day sold for £25,600 to Mr A. M. Myers on behalf of the Campbell-Ehrenfield Company. Messrs F. Carter and Co. report the sale on behalf of Mrs Cusack hear interest in tiie lease, furniture, stock, etc., of the Provincial Hotel, Port Chalmers, to a Southland buyer at a reasonable price.
