■■ ♦* CALCUTTA, March 31 Siam contemplates ceding the States ot Kelantan and Tringganu to Great Britain, who will modify her extra-territorial right* in Siam proper. The States of Kelantan and Tringganu^ in the Malay Peninsula, acknowledge th< sovereignty of Siam, but retain a certain amount of independence.
