NIGHTCAPS MANSLAUGHTER CASE.
THE JURY DISAGREE. INYERCARGILL, February 23. The jury disagreed in the Lloyd maiK slaughter case, 11 favouring acquittal anc one holding out for a conviction. Bail was fixed, Lloyd in £200 and one surety cA £100. The Crown Prosecutor intimated that h&. would make representations to the Govern* ment, at whose direction he had instituted the prosecxition.
