The death of Mr James Munro, «xPremier of Victoria, js announced. Mr Munro was bora in Scotland in 1832, and besfan life as a printer. He was Premier of Victoria from November, 1890, till February 1892, and was a delegate to the Federal Convention in 1891. For some time he wae Agent-general for the colony in London. He was out of politics for many years before his death.
